Our Team

Meet Our Team

At Community Restoration Center (CRC), our team is made up of dedicated professionals who are committed to serving others with excellence, compassion, and integrity. Our staff includes licensed clinicians, medical providers, peer support specialists, mentors, and community advocates—each bringing unique expertise and a shared passion for helping individuals and families thrive.

We operate through a collaborative, “umbrella” model, where independent professionals come together to provide comprehensive, coordinated care. This approach allows us to meet a wide range of needs in one place, ensuring that those we serve receive thoughtful, well-rounded support across all areas of life.

Rooted in faith and guided by a mission of service, our team is committed to bridging gaps, building meaningful connections, and restoring lives within the communities we serve.

Gloria Lee Rios

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor | Certified Rehabilitation Counselor

My goal is simple: to walk alongside you in your process and support you in becoming your most successful self. Life happens—and whether your challenges feel small or overwhelming, you don’t have to navigate them alone. I am committed to meeting you where you are and creating a care plan that is uniquely tailored to your needs, strengths, and goals.

I work with individuals ages 12 and up and specialize in areas including ADHD, life transitions, trauma, self-esteem, chronic illness, and disability advocacy. My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, expressive arts, and sand tray techniques. I believe in building on the strengths you already have and helping you develop the tools needed to move forward with confidence.

My professional journey includes over a decade of experience in mental health care across acute psychiatric settings, dual-diagnosis treatment, individual therapy, and group therapy. Working with individuals experiencing severe mental health challenges has shaped my deep respect for both clients and families navigating complex physical and emotional needs. I bring an easygoing, compassionate presence into sessions, while also maintaining a strong clinical foundation to support meaningful growth and healing.

In our first session, we will review your intake, explore what brings you to therapy, and begin identifying goals that matter most to you. From there, our work becomes more personalized—focused on your experiences, your pace, and your path forward.

In addition to my professional experience, I bring lived understanding in areas such as ADHD, adoption/foster care dynamics, chronic illness, and trauma. These experiences inform my approach and deepen my commitment to providing empathetic, nonjudgmental care.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the sunshine, exploring new restaurants, laughing with friends, and relaxing at home with my family and dog. I believe joy, connection, and balance are just as important as the work we do in session.

I look forward to working with you—with an open ear, a compassionate heart, and a genuine desire to see you leave each session feeling a little stronger than when you arrived.
